Our
Facilities Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to the facilities department by managing documentation, vendor relationships, scheduling, and data related to facilities operations. This role works closely with outsourced service providers to ensure preventative maintenance, inspections, janitorial services, security administration, and procurement activities are properly coordinated, documented, and compliant.
