Technical Program Manager The Opportunity: Serve as a hybrid technicaland delivery leader responsible for overseeing complex, cross-functionalprogramsand leadingtechnical staffindesigning end-to-end solutions.Bridge business requirements, technical architecture, and executionto ensurescalable, secure, and high-quality solutions are delivered on time and aligned to strategicobjectives. Partner closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to translate vision into actionable, measurable outcomes. Lead the design of end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business and program objectives. Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures. Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle. Ensure solutions align withclient requirements,enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards. Own program planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams. Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets. Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, vendors, and business stakeholders. Establish and manage program governance, status reporting, and executive communications. Track and report programmatic risks, technical progress, and financial health to internal senior leadership. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and sponsors. Facilitate decision-making across business and technical teams. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
