As a Performance Testing Specialist, you will be the contact for Auto Tiers projects, supporting performance testing activities while coordinating with other teams, suppliers, and customers. You will complete projects and detailed reports aligned with agreed timelines, support equipment maintenance and programming, manage lab inventory and certifications, and assist with audit preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Main contact for Auto Tiers projects and other departments (CIC, COE)

  • Complete projects and detailed reports according to mutually agreed timelines and goals.

  • Support performance testing activities for Auto Tiers projects (MGPP, Share gain)

  • Main point of contact for equipment issues working with suppliers/service representatives and Springdale maintenance department weekly

  • Gain expertise in addressing equipment programing and minor maintenance issues

  • Support chemical inventory management, lab-pack, 6S, maintaining equipment certification for PTL

  • Take on A2LA audit preparation responsibilities for PTL (SOP/Survey/documentation)

  • Willing to take on more responsibilities while maintaining high quality of work.

  • Connect with sales/service team by email or conference call when there is a question about a project.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required or BS in biology, or other STEM field of study.

  • 8+ years of lab experience.

  • Previous work in a coatings laboratory environment.
