How you will make an Impact (Job Summary) SPX is adiverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. We are opening a new campus facilitywheretwo of our businesses (Marley and Ingenia Technologies)will evolve and growtogether ata singlesite.As the Plant ManagerforMarleyproducts,you willbe responsible forachieving operational performance of theMarleyproduct line on the campus. As a leaderwithin this operation,you will implementwork strategies and motivatea newly established workforce inan evolving,high-growth environment. This position is both strategic and tactical in nature and will drive capacity optimization and expansion ofthe Marley business.This is a hands-on position that willultimately support~100 employeesat a singlesite. A key responsibility of this role will be learning Marley's highly automated, design, engineering and manufacturing system, and leading efforts to \ institutionalize key processes and capabilities to support proactive capacity growth at the facility in alignment with planned market expansion.You will be expected to support the site's development from greenfield development through production launch as part of the project team and then transition to leading daily operational performance with a continuous improvement of culture environment. Reporting into theSeniorDirector of Operations ofcooling products, this position is also responsible formaintainingandoverseematerialhandling,production planning,quality, throughput,operationsand assembly, and EHS around critical performance metrics.
