How you will make an Impact (Job Summary) SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. We are opening a new campus facility that will have two of our businesses (Marley and Ingenia Technologies) evolving and growing together at one site. AsManufacturingengineer on this campus,you will play a crucial role in improving production efficiencies, reducing costs, and enhancing overall manufacturing processes.Key to this role will be to learn in a fast past environment. Reporting into the Campus Manufacturing engineering manager, this position is also responsible for coordinating projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision. The incumbent will have the opportunity to optimize manufacturing operations through new or improved workplace processes, methods, and layouts. This role requires expertise in statistical analysis, Lean, EHS considerations, CI, including the ability to conduct overall line balancing, develop business cases, create visual factory displays, and make improvement recommendations.
