Job Summary: The Assistant Coordinator is responsible for supporting logistics, training materials and documentation of the IES Training Department. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Print and bind training manuals for scheduled classes Ensure classes have required materials for Trainer to conduct class Ship manuals and material to training class locations Create certificates of completion for required classes Document certifications and other training records in to LMS or 3rd party sites Manage training records (Ex: Send out reminders to employees on continuing education requirements, certificates that require renewal, management reports, etc.) Coordinate snacks and meals for training classes in the Tempe office Other responsibilities as assigned Min USD $20.00/Hr. Max USD $25.00/Hr. Qualifications Physical and Mental Requirements: Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, and professional Must possess the ability to create, enhance and implement process improvement(s) Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners Must be able to act as the department liaison for interface with IES teams Must possess proven problem solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s) Must have excellent organizational skills Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements: Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; College preferred. Must possess a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years' experience in an office environment. Must be proficient with Outlook, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) Must have proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously This is an in-office position.
