Position Overview

The Treasury Analyst supports global corporate treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, intercompany funding, and monthend accounting and reporting. This role partners closely with Senior Treasury Analysts and crossfunctional finance, tax, legal, and operations teams. The position is critical in ensuring operational excellence, delivering strong analytics, and supporting strategic treasury initiatives across H.B. Fuller's global footprint.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain global cash forecasts and perform variance analysis.

  • Execute daily cash positioning, funding activities, and support cash pooling structures.

  • Review global entity pooling participation and recommend additions.

  • Ensure timely, accurate liquidity reporting and banking transactions.

  • Assist with cash repatriation strategies aligned with tax and regulatory requirements.

  • Administer intercompany loans, settlements, and documentation.

  • Calculate interest accruals and support monthly forecasting models.

  • Support global bank account structures, platforms, and connectivity enhancements.

  • Monitor bank account signatories, user access, and bank fee tracking.

  • Participate in treasury projects focused on automation and process improvements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • 2+ years of corporate treasury or finance experience.

  • Familiarity with global treasury operations, cash forecasting, and banking systems.

  • Experience with SAP, Kyriba, or similar treasury tools.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including comfort with large data sets.

  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in a multinational corporation, financial institution, or public company.

  • Knowledge of global banking processes, automation, and intercompany lending.

  • Ability to excel in a fastpaced and evolving environment.

  • MBA or CTP certification.

  • Experience supporting debt interest schedules or capital management activities.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $70,000 - $85,000.
