Summary:

The Manager of Operations and Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating regional community health initiatives across the state focused on advancing chronic disease programs and support, including supporting a Community Health Worker workforce as an integral part of chronic disease care. This role will be responsible for grant management, partnerships with community-based organization and connecting clinical care and social care systems.

Responsibilities:

Presbyterian is seeking a Manager - Community Health Ops and Strategic Initiatives to lead highimpact community health programs, oversee strategic initiative development, and ensure full compliance with federal grant regulations. This role manages the implementation of Community Action Plans, partners with grants management and compliance teams to support accurate contracting and reporting, and drives the onboarding and execution of key strategic initiatives. The manager develops and monitors budgets to achieve awardrelated financial and operational goals, facilitates internal process improvements, and guides staff and contractors in meeting federal requirements. Additional responsibilities include preparing federal program reports, contributing to leadership and community partner reporting, managing relationships with government agencies and community organizations, and coordinating data collection, metric analysis, and performance reporting. The position also supports evaluation efforts, ensures regulatory compliance, participates in community councils and boards, and advances Presbyterian's mission through continuous improvement of community health initiatives. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree required, Masters Degree in Business, Management, Administration, Public Health preferred
  • Five to eight years of business / administration / operations experience.
