What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, tenants, vendors and/or employees by following site-specific access procedures and customer service standards at the front desk.
• Greet and screen visitors, issue visitor credentials as directed, maintain visitor logs, and provide directions within the retail location.
• Monitor and manage entry points, building systems and/or cameras from the front desk, and report unusual activity according to site-specific protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting onsite management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Assist with security-related communications, including answering phones and radios, relaying messages, and coordinating requests for assistance.
• Complete detailed reports of incidents, daily activity, and shift handoffs using approved reporting tools and documentation standards.
• Support loss prevention and security-related awareness by observing customer flow and front entrance activity, and promptly reporting policy violations or suspicious behavior.
• Help maintain an orderly front lobby area by addressing minor disturbances through verbal de-escalation and requesting additional support when needed.
• Follow emergency response activities and site-specific procedures for fire alarms, medical events and/or evacuation notifications, and guide visitors to appropriate resources.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be able to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
