Primary Responsibilities

The incumbent is responsible for coordination and administration of payroll and incentive programs to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. This includes responding to employee questions regarding compensation programs, ensuring timely and accurate processing of compensation, and testing of plan design changes impacting compensation system applications.

Summary of Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must illustrate attention to detail, analytical skills and consistent follow through
  • Basic knowledge of the structure of databases such as researching what data is stored, how data is organized, and how to find and retrieve data
  • Demonstrated experience being team oriented, dependable and flexible with a high work ethic
  • Experience using problem solving skills to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a position requiring handling multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel in order to manipulate large amounts of data
  • General knowledge of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) systems
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent research skills
  • Experience in a position exercising independent judgment and decision making
  • PeopleSoft knowledge preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
  • Previous payroll experience preferred
  • Financial audit experience preferred

Work Location

The work schedule for this position will be hybrid (onsite/remote). Business areas reserve the right to require associates to return to the office as needed, based on performance or other business considerations. A hybrid work schedule is subject to amendment or termination at any time by the Company.
