What to Expect The Barista Concierge will lead the creation and daily operations of a premium coffee & beverage program while serving as the primary point of contact for guest needs. This individual is responsible for maintaining elite service standards, managing a small team of baristas, and ensuring a seamless, personalized experience for every associate.
