This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.

As anExecutive Market Intelligence Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in this mission by serving as the strategic, proactive intelligence engine behind our executive talent acquisition team. This isn't traditional market intelligence research, it's a high-stakes, high-visibility position where your insights, competitive intelligence, market mapping, and long-range talent pipeline development will directly influence the leadership bench that drives our most critical programs and business objectives. You'll partner with the head of executive recruiting, principal executive recruiters, executive market researchers and senior company leadership to shape search strategies, deliver competitive intelligence, and build exceptional talent pipelines that ensure Blue Origin attracts the transformational leaders needed to make space accessible for the benefit of Earth.

This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of strategy, research, and executive talent acquisition within one of the world's most innovative aerospace companies! You'll tap into your expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and talent intelligence to identify C-suite and VP-level candidates across functions from engineering and operations to commercial and corporate functions. You'll bring analytical rigor and relationship building finesse as you map talent markets, assess candidate profiles, educate partners on industry trends, and proactively build networks of outstanding leaders. You'll build proprietary talent intelligence that enables superior market positioning to secure executive talent ahead of competitors. On the near term roadmap, we will deploy AI-powered platforms to deliver competitive intelligence mechanisms, succession-aligned talent pipeline development, and strategic mapping capabilities. Market intelligence will seamlessly integrate with strategic talent planning through expanded succession support and data-driven ROI optimization frameworks. Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end to end competitive intelligence for executive level roles (VP and above).

  • Continuously assess competitor hiring patterns, talent movements, role design, and market shifts.

  • Translate competitive insights into actionable guidance for executive recruiting strategy.

  • Serve as the owner of talent market mapping for executive roles.

  • Identify core, adjacent, and emerging talent pools across industries, geographies and ecosystems.

  • Build and maintain dynamic market maps that advise sourcing, engagement and hiring decisions.

  • Develop and own long-range talent pipeline strategies, looking beyond immediate requisitions.

  • Partner and collaborate with Head of Executive Recruiting and senior leadership across HR and the business to roadmap where we should invest in building proactive relationships ahead of demand.

  • Advise event, community and ecosystem strategies using market intelligence (conference, technical communities and industry forums.

  • Deliver decision ready intelligence that informs search feasibility and sequencing, target company and industry strategy, geographic and location decisions and build versus buy considerations.

  • Provide strategic partnership and insight delivery that will elevate and enable the executive recruiting function through market backed insights and narrative on talent.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent intelligence, executive recruiting, or competitive intelligence roles ideally within a top executive search firm, in-house executive recruiting team, or market insights firm.

  • Demonstrated success building executive talent pipelines.

  • Experience with talent intelligence platforms and AI-powered recruitment tools.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated experience presenting complex information to executive stakeholders.

  • Experience conducting, producing and presenting qualitative and quantitative talent research.

  • Proficient in data organization, pipeline development, and business writing.

  • Experience advising, data storytelling and influencing senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • Fluent with talent platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Zoom Info, Workday, Lever, Recruiting CRM's, market analytics tools, Microsoft Office Suite Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related field and/or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.

  • Understanding of succession planning methodologies.

  • Experience mapping organizational structures and talent networks.

  • Project management experience with a track record of meeting deadlines.

  • Industry experience in aerospace, engineering, or technology.

  • Curious, self-directed, and able to learn new domains quickly and synthesize data from multiple sources.

  • Exhibits high judgment and strategic thinking, while executing with precision in a fast-paced environment.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: energized by innovation and has a passion for outstanding, high-touch customer service.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and partner with senior leaders and partners.

Compensation Range for:

WA applicants is $134,434.00 - $188,207.25

  • Required for Certain Job Profiles: Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.

  • Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical

  • Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.
