Supervisor - My Care/On Demand - Full Time - Hybrid

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Supervises daily service operations and employees, ensuring that patients receive the best service possible, exceeding patient's expectations. Receives and answers questions within established guidelines, and addresses patient concerns and complaints. Analyzes training needs, the development and administration of training plans and procedures to ensure employee development. Administers corporate policies and procedures. Responsible for efficient operations within assigned services, maintaining appropriate records and preparing required reports.
