Job Title: Assembly Service Clerk

Report to: Assembly Manager

Location: West Plant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist the Department Manager with various task such as analyzing data, compiling reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect paperwork from supervisors offices
• Compare paperwork with daily summary and fix any mistakes, enter numbers in production chart
• Enter Scrap and send scrap reports out to managers
• Enter Time Eff and correct any missing time or scrap.
• Scan Daily Production Reports into ONBASE for each department
• Enter Ranks into database
• Record number of repairs per department and enter in excel sheet
• Sort Micro/Macro by department, line, part number, and then lot number. Scan into ONBASE.
• Create new spreadsheets, graphs, folders Monthly
• File paperwork in cabinets then boxes, disregard after a year.
• Create graphs for RTG and hand downstairs monthly.
• Assisting the other department clerks and Plant Clerk with vacation coverage, and call ins
• Assist any department Manager/ QA with ongoing projects, traceability measures, quality claims.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND ABILITIES:

• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent verbal & written communications skills
• Self-starter
• Ability to multitask
• Organizational skills
• Previous office experience preferred
• Capable of learning various software
• High School Diploma
