Shift Options:

• 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 4 PM | $28 - $32 per hour
• 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturdays) | 3 PM - 12 AM | $29 - $33 per hour
• Pay is based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping materials
• Manage and schedule warehouse staff to ensure productivity and coverage across shifts
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Track KPIs such as on-time shipments, order accuracy, and inventory turnover
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment, inventory, and workflow
• Train, coach, and support warehouse associates to ensure quality and efficiency
• Handle scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations for warehouse staff
• Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners for inbound and outbound shipments
• Collaborate with other departments to meet production and delivery goals

Requirements:

• 3 years of warehouse manager/supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, safety compliance, and employee scheduling
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to operational excellence
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with WMS is preferred
