The Data Analyst/Developer will play a key role in promoting data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will involve tableau dashboard creation, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights, as well as fostering a data-literate culture and data governance practices. Responsibilities: Data Analysis/Tableau Developer: * Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources. * Work within existing data structures * Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support decision-making. * Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within data sets. * Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and support hypothesis testing. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and develop analytical solutions. * Promote data governance and data quality initiatives within the organization. * Educate and train colleagues on data literacy and best practices. * Advocate for the use of data to drive business decisions. * Work with business users to understand data requirements and develop solutions. * Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. * Foster a data-aware culture within the organization.
