Job Description
With supervision and guidance, responsibilities of the Postdoctoral Clinical Fellow will include:
oIndividual therapy, group therapy, and family meetings utilizing evidence-based modalities
oCarrying clinical cases in both residential and partial hospitalization levels of care
oClear and timely documentation
oCoordinate care, including communicating with collaterals and after-care planning
oInsurance management
oAttend all required clinical meetings and supervisions
oOpportunities to provide clinical supervision available
oOpportunities to engage in clinical research available
A successful candidate will:
oWork independently under general direction of the Program Director
oHave experience working with children, adolescents, and families
oHave experience with OCD/anxiety and CBT/ERP treatment modalities
oBe motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
oDemonstrate initiative and enthusiasm for learning new techniques
oHave strong analytical and problem-solving skills
oPossess exceptional written and oral communication skills
oPossess the ability to make independent and effective decisions in a timely fashion
oPossess competence in research techniques and methodologies
oHave excellent interpersonal skills
oBe a team player who works well within a multi-disciplinary team

EDUCATION: A PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology (or equivalent)

EXPERIENCE: Prior clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families required. Experience with CBT/ERP and treating OCD/anxiety preferred.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Post-doctoral fellows will provide clinical supervision to exposure coaches, trainees, and post-baccalaureate fellows.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Work will be performed in a fast-paced clinical environment, requiring teamwork, collaboration, and flexibility.
