Job DescriptionAs the Senior Product Manager, Visa Dispute Managed Services, you will be an individual contributor, responsible for leading our global managed-dispute business. This service manages disputes on behalf of our issuing clients. This global role involves collaborating across all regional sales, product and client services teams at Visa to deliver the service and grow the business. Your role will encompass a variety of product leadership responsibilities including market/competitive analysis, strategy development, product roadmap management, along with the definition and commercialization of new services/enhancements. In collaboration with the Disputes Platform Development team, you will strategize, develop, and roll out dispute management product/features, while enhancing existing capabilities in line with product strategy and roadmap. This position also involves working closely with teams across Dispute Operations and Support, Client Services, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain strong relationships will be key to driving the success of our dispute management business. This role will be based out of Highlands Ranch, Colorado and will report directly to the Senior Director of Disputes and Payment Account Solutions at DPS. (Other location options are Atlanta, GA and Austin, TX) Key Responsibilities:
