This role assists in planning and executing human factors activities under the guidance of more senior engineers. The Human Factors Engineer I contributes to ensuring products are safe, effective, easy to learn, and easy to use by participating in user research, early-stage analysis, risk assessments, and formative usability evaluations. Working Conditions:
Salary and Other Compensation: The target pay rate for this position is between $66,220 - $90,300 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
