Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Non-remoteemployees must be willing to work this schedule. Given the regional and travel requirements for this position, Osaic is open toremoteapplicants for this position.

Role Type: Full-time, Exempt. 15-40% Travel May Be Required

Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 per year + annual performance bonus

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary:

This position will drive the strategy and positive advisor experiences that create value, satisfaction, retention, and growth. The RVP Advisor Engagement is responsible for building strong partnerships with financial professionals and support staff; translating business opportunities into attainable goals and partnering to achieve them along the journey. This role is charged with cultivating relationships with Financial Professionals and creating dedicated partnerships that will deploy growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with financial professionals throughout their entire journey.
  • Proactively engage in growth opportunities for each financial professional in the assigned segment, including goal creation and actionable plans to achieve desired results.
  • Understand each business and business owner through a thoughtful discovery and continuous rediscovery process.
  • Perform and communicate assessments of the health of a financial professionals' business across key areas of business development and practice management leveraging business intelligence tools.
  • Help financial professionals set realistic, obtainable business goals and devise strategies to help them successfully execute against the goals.
  • Increase same store sales, revenue, net new assets, and maintain low attrition through a variety of engagement and consultative initiatives.
  • Partner with and support financial professionals through change management initiatives including planning, communicating, and supporting the office related to technology capabilities, product updates, business processing, regulatory changes, etc.
  • Drive adoption of the suite of resources, tools and services by aligning these solutions to the financial professional's needs and readiness to integrate those solutions.
  • Delivers information - positive and challenging, with empathy and thoughtful solutions.
  • Promote and provide a connection to appropriate subject matter experts to support holistic Financial Planning and Wealth Management concepts and platforms.
  • Assist with issue identification and direct resolution to the right area(s). Acts as an advocate in helping financial professionals resolve issues and roadblocks and communicates feedback to the appropriate area.
  • Work in partnership across all relationships teams to lead community and connections of like minded businesses.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. A minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in wealth management including familiarity with multiple functions within a firm
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated results building relationships and delivering impact with Financial Professionals
  • Strong communication skills including presentation, written and verbal
  • Prior successful experience managing teams
  • Experience with evolving technologies of customer operations, tools and platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to effect and manage change within an independent financial professional's business.
  • Proven history of results in engaging with financial professional practices and driving positive and productive outcomes.

Preferred Requirements:

  • FINRA License(s): Series 6/7 and (63 and 65) or 66, Series 24
