What You'll Do



  • Deliver complete components of moderately complex projects, applying technical expertise with minimal oversight.
  • Design and develop web applications for internal teams, partners, and vendors, including monitoring strategies and validation libraries.
  • Architect and build high-quality web solutions that address critical business needs.
  • Design tools and systems for large-scale data processing, identifying opportunities to optimize client interactions.
  • Proactively recommend improvements to existing solutions by exploring better methods, tools, and technologies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate technical requirements and streamline complex problem-solving.
  • Identify solutions for disaster recovery, data integrity, and security, evaluating software technologies and infrastructure risks.
  • Analyze user behavior to enhance product experiences and inform feature development.
  • Conduct extensive testing, debugging, and maintenance across the software development lifecycle, ensuring strong test coverage and reliable integrations.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user needs, constraints, and technical strategy.
  • Stay current with emerging web technologies and provide expert guidance for development efforts.
  • Prioritize new web features and applications alongside business leaders and product teams.
  • Review and maintain technical documentation related to architecture, integrations, and testing standards.
  • Optimize front-end code and development tools to meet user and team needs efficiently.
  • Contribute across all phases of application development, including modeling, prototyping, risk evaluation, and customization.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Proficiency in full-stack and/or web development technologies
  • Strong domain-specific knowledge related to web solutions
  • Demonstrated programming and coding expertise
  • Experience with web application, system design, and development
  • Proficiency in API development
  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) management
  • Understanding of project management principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong commitment to product quality and user experience
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
