Security Officer - Bank Branch Patrol

As a Security Officer - Bank Branch Patrol in Stafford, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly, document observations, and support a welcoming experience for staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and/or other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of lobbies, offices, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor flow by greeting entrants, confirming authorization, directing guests, and documenting entries and exits per site requirements.
• Complete routine logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate noteworthy activity to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2+ years of security experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma and/or GED.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
