As a Security Officer - Office Park Patrol Driver in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will perform unarmed patrols with a highly visible presence, conduct security-related rounds, and respond to incidents with clear communication and customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license under AU driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and access control requirements at a commercial property location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, common areas, stairwells, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including calls for assistance, disturbances, and alarms, and coordinate with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Monitor entrances, loading areas, and designated post locations; verify credentials, manage visitor check-in practices, and maintain orderly traffic flow in lobbies and other public-facing areas.
• Complete detailed reports and shift logs, document unusual activity and/or policy violations, and communicate relevant observations to supervisors and oncoming officers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR Certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
