Join Our Team as a Key Account Representative at Epiroc!

The Account Representative role is focused on driving revenue growth, ensuring project and product success, and deepening customer relationships within the NGM key account. The work involves driving toward results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of others, both internal and external to Epiroc. While the job requires strong initiative and self-direction, results are only achieved with and through people. A sincere appreciation for people and how they are each uniquely motivated is the foundation for designing and implementing interactive communication and decision-making processes. Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual needs and motivations link to goals is essential.

The job requires a high degree of "selling" of Epiroc's products and services to NGM. The job environment is fast paced and results oriented. While there is urgency to goal achievement, responsibility for the achievement of results needs to be shared and effectively delegated when necessary. Initiating projects and processes beyond established organization practices will often require training and developing others, and enlisting their support by using a "selling" rather "telling" communication style.

A self-confident, extroverted style that can enliven, engage and positively impact individuals and groups is essential. The job has variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing. Because goals and desired results can quickly change, the job requires regularly meeting and pro-actively establishing relationships with new groups. The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt to the changing organization environment is a critical key to success.

The NGM account is dynamic and demanding, and market conditions can sometimes lead to quickly changing goals and desired results. Regular meetings with Business Line Managers, The NGM Key Account Manager, and other Account Representatives on the NGM Key Account Team to ensure alignment of these goals and desired results will be necessary. Poise and an engaging, empathetic communication style based on natural warmth and enthusiasm is the key to achieving the goals of this job.

The location for the Account Representative role will be NGM Mines, Elko area, NV

The Role



  • Achieve customer share, profitability, and revenue growth targets within the NGM Key Account
  • Align customer's goals and objectives with Epiroc's products and services by earning "trusted advisor" status with key customer contacts and teams
  • Take the lead in ensuring that products and projects on site achieve their targeted and desired results
  • Support the ongoing refinement and execution of Epiroc USA's Go-To-Market strategy by aligning and collaborating with business line managers, product and application specialists and other salespersons and leaders within Epiroc
  • Apply sales best practices in your assigned account as you gain a clear understanding of the customer's needs and the solutions to satisfy them - Extensive travel may be required
  • Plan, organize, and administer product demonstrations as per set procedures
  • Maintain detailed product forecasts by working closely with key account to ensure appropriate inventory and service levels
  • Develop and deliver compelling product and service proposals that support Epiroc's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Competence, skills, and experience



  • Bachelor's degree required or the equivalent combination of education/experience
  • A minimum of 3 years' sales and/or customer service experience in an industrial environment; mining and/or construction heavy equipment experience is highly preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required with a proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Skilled in developing and implementing strategic initiatives
  • Skilled in leading projects and facilitating change management at a large scale

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $80,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards. This role will also be eligible for commissions and company vehicle.
