What You'll Do Prepare handcrafted beverages and products to the Tesla standards in taste, appearance, and consistency Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace by collaborating with coworkers, seeking feedback and taking initiative to support operations Drive sales through suggestive selling, product education, and sampling, helping customers discover and enjoy Peet's offerings Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of tasks throughout the shift Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee bar while demonstrating urgency and composure in a fast-paced setting Job responsibilities can change according to the operational needs of the business What You'll Bring Minimum 1-3 years of specialty barista experience Food Handlers Certificate Must be customer service oriented, accurate, self-motivated, and be able to use time efficiently Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to direct and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers Able to lift up to 40lbs.
