Operations Support Specialist

Job description

The Operations Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations by providing administrative, technical, and logistical support. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support:
- Assist in managing workflows, schedules, and documentation to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor and maintain operational systems, tools, and databases.
Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to optimize processes.
- Support implementation of new tools and technologies.
Data Management:
- Collect, analyze, and report operational data to support decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of records and documentation.
Customer & Internal Support:
- Respond to inquiries from internal teams and external partners promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when necessary.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits and quality checks as needed.

Qualifications
Experience:
2+ years in operations, administrative support, or similar role.
