We are seeking a **Senior User Experience Designer** to join our multi-disciplinary User Experience and Design Team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of crafting intuitive and impactful digital solutions, shaping best-in-class software experiences across mobile, web, and desktop platforms. **What You'll Do:**

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be instrumental in driving the design process from conception to implementation. You will collaborate closely with strategic business and technology partners, ensuring that user needs are at the heart of every solution. * Lead design reviews and facilitate critical design decisions.

* Collaborate with a multi-faceted team to create innovative design solutions.

* Visualize and communicate ideas clearly through sketches, diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes, providing appropriate documentation.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methods, focusing on effectiveness and efficiency.

**What You'll Bring (Must-Have Qualifications):**

* 11+ years of extensive interaction design experience, primarily focused on digital products.

* A compelling online portfolio showcasing your interaction design process and strategic thinking.

* Expertise in all facets of a user-centered interaction design process, including user research, developing user flows, creating wireframes, conducting usability tests, and crafting annotated design specifications.

* Proven experience working within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, utilizing an iterative process and Agile development methodologies.

* Strong self-management skills, comfort with substantial responsibility, and the ability to work directly with client partners and manage project schedules effectively.

* Proficiency in industry-standard design tools.

* Demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating design sessions with cross-functional teams.

* Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally and work effectively with various levels of the organization and diverse personality types.

* A positive attitude, solid work ethic, and comfort in a project-oriented work environment.

**What Will Set You Apart (Nice-to-Have Qualifications):**

* 1+ year of interaction design experience specifically for touch-based mobile interfaces.
