The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $58,274.00 to $88,516.80. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills, with additional premium pay plus mileage reimbursements beyond regular commuting.

The success of this position is reliant on face-to-face interaction and requires 100% on-site work. You may be required to go to any branch with minimal notice. Having reliable private transportation is critical to be as efficient as possible.



Responsibilities

The Branch Service Manager is responsible for daily operations of the branch and adherence to policies and procedures. Responsible for supporting in-branch sales activities and assists Branch Manager in ensuring Branch meets assigned goals. Assists in a variety of duties associated with overall sales and service efforts of the Branch including, establishing, retaining, and deepening relationships with new and existing clients. Supports Branch Manager in coaching other branch staff to achieve operational metrics and sales goals. Delivers exceptional service to internal and external clients and addresses customer service issues as needed. Maintains a strong working knowledge of Teller, Customer Service Representative, and Branch Manager responsibilities and can function in role, when needed.

Joining our DC Floater team places you at a base branch and covering the following branches as needed: Gallery Place, K Street, and McPherson, in addition to either our MD or VA locations, depending on where you reside. After 6 months in the floating pool, you can apply to other positions.

The Community Banking division includes our branch network and our Customer Care Center. While we are known for our commercial lending, our Community Banking team builds relationships supporting the business and personal finances for people that own the businesses in the DMV region. We provide full banking services for our commercial clients, including new account setup and maintenance, cash management products, and in-person assisted and automated transaction services.



Qualifications

Requirements:

    Personal vehicle required
  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent
  • 2 years Platform/Account Maintenance
  • 1 year Teller transaction experience
  • 2 years supervisory/ leadership experience/equivalent EagleBank branch banking experience considered
  • Exhibits professionalism with internal and external customers Ability to speak with internal customers at all levels
  • Strong understanding of bank's risk and liability related to supervisory functions performed such as overdrafts, funds availability,, wire origination and changes in account control
  • Advanced knowledge of deposit products and services Familiarity with other business line products Ability to pro-actively engage customers in product sales discussions
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office products

Preferences:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
  • Proficient use of Platform and Teller system; FIS Global/IBS application knowledge preferred
