Position Summary The Director of Gift Planning ("DGP") leads, develops, implements, and coordinates all phases of the Gift Planning Program within their assigned Divisional coverage area to achieve the goals set for identifying and establishing gift commitments. Essential Functions A DGP is responsible for identifying, cultivating, finalizing, and stewarding gift plan commitments. This will be achieved through management, marketing, metrics, and training activities. Management

Experience
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and has ability to learn CRM and application software readily. (preferred)
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, finance, or related field. A preference is given for candidates with an advanced degree or certification such as, Certified Financial Planner ("CFP"), MBA, JD, CPA or CSPG.
