You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Supervising professional-level and hourly employees responsible for planning, scheduling, and purchasing materials.
• Coordinating and expediting the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies.
• Overseeing execution of planning and scheduling systems.
• Ensuring accurate processing of change orders and communications.
• Following up on orders to expedite deliveries.
• Verifying invoices and maintaining accurate records.
• Integrating system tools with lean manufacturing techniques.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with materials management expertise.
• 3+ years of experience in Materials Planning with SAP
• Collaborated across departments like IT for SAP implementation and upgrades.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work within international business groups
• Background in planning, scheduling, and capacity tools.
• Demonstrated effective leadership and people-management experience.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, operations, and order processes.
• Scheduling, capacity-management, and materials-planning tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to resolve cross-functional challenges.
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Demonstrated ability to lead problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting employee development.
• Strength in documentation and detail management.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and distribution environments.

The starting annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
