Job Title:Training Manager Location: Jacksonville, FL - onsite Primary Purpose:TheTraining Manageris responsible fordesigning, implementing, and managing network-wide training programs that support operational excellence and leadership development across large-scale fulfillment centers. This role ensures that all employees-from hourly associates to leadership teams-receive effective, consistent, and engaging training that drives performance and compliance. The Training Manager will also oversee the structural design of training frameworks and manage a team of hourly trainers across three fulfillment centers.
