The Procurement Operations Manager, Plastics is part of the North America One Direct team. The Main activities for this role is to support procurement related activities and work closely in collaboration with the category director and buyers. The position is based in either Louisville, CO, or White Plains, NY.
Objectives of the role:
The salary range for this position is $79,000 - $114,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. About You
Bachelor's degree in a related field You will have 3+ years of work experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, FMCG experience a plus You will have strong analytical skills You will be tenacious & strong at building relationships You will be agile & flexible, and thrive with ambiguity You will be fluent in English; French is a plus, but not mandatory You will ideally have plastic or packaging sourcing experience Strong communication skills with business background Proven skills in both written and verbal communication, influencing and stakeholder management Ability to perform within a complex and "fast-paced" environment Team player, pragmatic, and accountable Strong interpersonal skills High proficiency in Microsoft applications with particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint
