National Technical Training Manager - ECP

This position is responsible for leading technical training initiatives within our independent eye care profession (iECP) channel. They will develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and customers, equipping them with the knowledge and strategies needed to optimize patient care, product positioning, and business growth. Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing and delivering continuing education (ABO/NCLE) credits. This position will directly report to the Sr. Mgr.
