Description
An Administrator II in Paterson, WA is available at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE). The Administrative II role provides administrative support to the Customer Service team by reviewing distributor orders, shipment documentation, and order status for accuracy and timeliness. This position supports efficient order processing by maintaining records within our Enterprise Order Management System, monitoring freight and shipment issues, and assisting with customer service reporting to ensure smooth daily operations. The Administrator II position will follow a hybrid work schedule, allowing for up to two days each week to be spent working in the office. The role is structured around a standard five-day work week, offering a balance between on-site presence and remote work flexibility. This is a temporary, projectbased position (approximately a 6month assignment; duration can remain variable as needed) and is not intended as a conversion-to-regular employment opportunity. Ste.
