Maintenance A - First Shift

The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance A- First Shift at Richfield Middle School. This position will perform a variety of maintenance and repair responsibilities for school facilities, grounds and mechanical systems as scheduled or required to help ensure a safe, presentable, comfortable, and functional environment for students, staff and visitors.

We are located in the heart of the Twin Cities Metropolitan area and serve a diverse student population in Richfield and the surrounding communities. The Richfield Public Schools inspires and empowers each individual to learn, grow & excel.

Requirements:

• High School or GED equivalent and some demonstrated knowledge of and experience with HVAC systems, steamtraps, thermostats, uninvents, pneumatic operators, plumbing and basic electrical maintenance / repair.
• Ability to increase licensure annually until the Chief C license is acquired.
• State of MN Pool Certification required.
• Bus Driver license.
• MN boilers license class C2 with CPO.

Schedule: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Pay Rate: $24.05-$29.07 (Based on education and experience).
