Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions for the company. This hands-on role covers recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, 401-k and HRIS administration. The position also ensures compliance with employment regulations, including Affirmative Action and EEO requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage all HR processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, compensation, and employee relations. Administer performance management programs and support leadership with workforce and career path planning. Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers. Maintain and optimize HRIS for accurate employee data, reporting, and analytics. Ensure data integrity and leverage HR technology for process improvements. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) and support EEO reporting and audits. Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership. Analyze HR trends and recommend strategies for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 6 to 8 years+ of progressive HR experience with broad generalist/management responsibilities. Strong knowledge of HR operations and employment law. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills. Preferred: PHR/SPHR certification. Experience in a federal contractor environment. Work Environment & Physical Demands Quiet office environment with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
