About the Role Redhorse is transforming how the Department of Defense (DoD) utilizes data and technology. We are seeking a Senior-Level Delivery Manager to support the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment (OUSD(A&S)). In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of data and analytics products, ensuring teams execute effectively, stakeholders are aligned, and outcomes directly support DoD decision-making and investment priorities. This is a high-impact role focused on execution, coordination, and delivery excellence, with significant opportunity to influence how intelligent data products are developed, deployed, and scaled across the DoD. Key Responsibilities Own and lead end-to-end delivery for a prototype cross-functional team, ensuring milestones, timelines, and outcomes align with DoD objectives. Serve as the primary delivery lead coordinating across stakeholders, product managers, data scientists, engineers, and designers to drive execution and remove blockers. Translate mission needs and stakeholder priorities into clear delivery plans, roadmaps, and execution strategies. Facilitate agile ceremonies and delivery workflows, ensuring teams operate efficiently and transparently. Partner with design and technical leads to ensure user needs are incorporated. Provide regular delivery updates, status reports, and briefings to senior leadership and government stakeholders. Ensure delivery practices align with government standards, security requirements, and accessibility guidelines. Required Experience/Clearance Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline). 7+ years of experience in delivery, program management, or technical project management roles, with experience leading cross-functional teams. Demonstrated success delivering complex, data-driven or technology products, preferably within government or defense environments. Strong understanding of data visualization Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience briefing senior leaders. Experience working in agile environments. Secret clearance required to start.
