Stellar Solutions is seeking an Engineering Project Specialist (EPS) to provide operational, compliance, and project execution support across engineering programs. This role focuses on export compliance process execution and improvement, procurement and financial tracking, documentation management, and schedule maintenance to ensure engineering teams operate efficiently, compliantly, and without disruption. Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable operating across multiple tools and stakeholders. This individual must be proactive, detail-driven, and capable of independently managing recurring operational responsibilities while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced engineering environment. Drive continuous improvement of the Export Compliance (EC) process by analyzing existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimized, scalable solutions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline preferred. Location: This position is located in Los Altos, CA - remote work is also an option. Compensation: The typical pay range for this position is USD $125,000 - $155,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, retirement plan and other benefits (all included as part of package). Deliverable(s) Deliver disciplined operational and compliance support across engineering programs by managing export control processes, procurement workflows, documentation, and schedules to ensure efficient execution, regulatory adherence, and uninterrupted project delivery. | |||||||||
