Maintenance Planner

Tata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC, (TCE), is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries.

Mechanical / Maintenance Planners are tasked with the comprehensive management of project timelines, resource allocation, and scheduling sequence of critical milestones and project deliverables-directly working with maintenance scheduler. They must analyze and foresee potential obstacles and devise proactive strategies to mitigate risks and delays.

Develop detailed, realistic plan and sequence for the maintenance SOW, manage schedule delivery, site access, availability of materials and procurement including resources allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
project progress and adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion on schedule and within budget.
Knowledge with estimating standards and tools.
Track projects milestones and delays.
Assemble a detailed job plan identifying job steps with appropriate resources and manhours, material and equipment.

8 plus years experience.
SAP Experience needed.
P6 and Prometheus Software a plus.
Knowledge with estimating standards and tools.
Experience Facilitating team meetings and coordination efforts to ensure coherence and adherence to the project's strategic direction.
Evaluating the project's success post-completion to identify lessons learned and areas of improvement for future projects.
Ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Software Experience Required: SAP
Software PREFERRED: P6, Prometheus Software.
