Here's what you'd do:

• This SAP Analyst will be experienced in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Reporting.
• Translate business requirements into functional integration specifications (data mapping, legacy system reconciliation).
• Update documentation as needed for payroll feeds (time, attendance, benefits, tax, third-party providers).
• Build and execute test scripts for the user acceptance testing.
• Serve as first line point of contact for payroll integration defects and troubleshooting; coordinate triage and resolution with IT, vendors, and functional business owners.
• Follow change control procedures for any integration modifications.
• Provide clear, business-focused updates to the Integrations Manager and project leadership.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual validations, reduce processing time, and improve data quality.

Pay: $100.00/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience designing and maintaining payroll/finance integrations in SAP environments (ABAP- SAP BW-SAP BusinessObjects).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience designing and executing functional and integration test plans.

• Proven ability to create functional specifications as well as perform data reconciliation and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal skills; comfortable presenting findings to both technical and non technical audiences.
• Technical knowledge of APIs, middleware, or scripting (e.g., SQL, Power Query, Python).
