Our client is looking for a Senior Recruiter to assist their team in hiring Marketing roles!
This is a 40 hours/week, 6-month long assignment that will require 2-3 days onsite in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities: - Partner closely with Marketing leadership to shape and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies across disciplines including Title Marketing, Events, Publicity, Marketing Operations, and related functions. - Design and implement innovative sourcing approaches that build robust, diverse talent pipelines and proactively engage high-impact passive and active candidates. - Lead an end-to-end, candidate-centric hiring process, from initial outreach and screening through interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close- ensuring a consistently exceptional experience. - Deliver structured, data-informed candidate assessments that balance business needs, cultural alignment, and long-term potential. - Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market intelligence, talent insights, and clear guidance that drive timely, well-informed hiring decisions. - Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Compensation partners to ensure alignment on headcount planning, leveling, and compensation strategy. - Continuously refine recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality of hire. Requirements: - 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with demonstrated success recruiting across corporate functions such as marketing, communications, legal, public policy, or global affairs. - Proven ability to build and sustain strategic talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques and market research. - Strong data literacy with experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform hiring strategies and measure impact. - Experience with modern applicant tracking and talent intelligence platforms; familiarity with Eightfold or similar tools is a plus. The pay for this W-2 position is $80 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
