Position Summary The Commercial Executive Assistant is a trusted strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer and senior Commercial leadership team, playing a critical role in enabling executive effectiveness and driving organizational impact. This position goes far beyond traditional administrative support. It requires sound judgment, absolute discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs, manage complexity, and operate with confidence in a fast-paced, highly visible environment. In this role, you will serve as a central connector across the Commercial organization, supporting executive priorities through seamless calendar and meeting management, high-quality communications, and thoughtful coordination of projects, travel, and events. You will act as an extension of leadership, ensuring information flows efficiently, stakeholders are aligned, and executives are positioned to focus on strategic decision making. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable navigating competing priorities with professionalism and agility. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality. Experience supporting senior leaders in a biotech or pharmaceutical environment is strongly preferred, along with a mindset focused on continuous improvement, partnership, and operational excellence. Physical Requirements This role involves regular standing, walking, sitting, and the use of hands for handling or operating equipment. The employee may also need to reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and maintain visual, verbal, and auditory communication both in a standard office environment and while working independently from remote locations. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
