Description

As a Digital Product Analyst Intern, you will be an active team member contributing to research, evaluation, and planning for Summit's digital products. You'll help ensure our online experiences remain competitive, intuitive, and aligned with member needs. The Digital Technology team is responsible for shaping and executing Summit's strategic vision for memberfacing and memberservicing digital platforms. We influence everything from user experience and roadmap planning to feature development and continuous improvement. You'll join a collaborative group of business owners, analysts, and developers dedicated to delivering digital solutions that genuinely help our members.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct competitive research and comparative analysis of digital banking platforms
  • Assist with usability reviews that help shape memberfocused digital enhancements
  • Document, refine, and help develop bestpractice standards for online experiences
  • Collaborate closely with business owners, technology analysts, and developers
  • Support roadmap discussions and strategy sessions
  • Deliver a final analysis comparing Summit's digital offering to local and regional competitors


Who We're Looking For

  • Peopleoriented, earlycareer individuals who are curious, collaborative, and motivated by work that improves the financial wellbeing of others.
  • This is a hybrid role and requires you to come to the main office up to 3 times a week.


Qualifications

  • Must be currently pursuing an associate or bachelors degree
  • General knowledge of online banking (at any financial institution)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to collaborate across teams
  • Interest in digital tools, member experience, and financial technology
