Who We Are Looking For


Crisis24 is looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Europe regional intelligence team. The Strategic Intelligence Analyst II for Europe will be a substantive expert for the region, knowledgeable of the significant issues of interest to clients, including security, economic, geopolitical, and leadership issues, and able to speak to their concerns with confidence and clarity. The analyst will be committed to providing timely, accurate, and relevant intelligence to customers in the form of in-depth assessments, location intelligence updates, situation reports, and periodic special reports. In addition, they will be expected to respond professionally to quick-turnaround client requests in writing or provide verbal briefings and may be called upon to conduct client-facing webinars. The incumbent will be a self-starter who possesses high-quality written and verbal skills in English, as well as a commitment to teamwork.



Ability to work in the US required. Successful applicant must be able to work from the Annapolis, MD, office three days per week.

What You Will Work On




  • Be the subject matter expert for Europe, Russia, and Central Asia by maintaining awareness of the major issues in the region
  • Monitors events and developments in the region for critical escalations


  • Drafts forward-looking, well-researched strategic assessments that highlight both risks and opportunities for clients
  • Regularly updates locational intelligence based on substantive and thematic expertise
  • Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools to maintain accurate and current intelligence


  • Drafts concise, accurate, error-free intelligence
  • Peer support for other sub-regions and global regions
  • Interact professionally with clients in written and verbal communications
  • Acts as a mentor for less experienced analysts



What You Will Bring




  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required (Political Science, Economics, International Relations, Intelligence); Master's degree preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in a related field (Intelligence Analysis, Enterprise Risk Management, Global Security)
  • Excellent English, both verbal and written, required


  • Work/study experience within a specific region or theme will have an added advantage to serve as a subject matter expert within the focus region.

  • Base Salary: $65,000 - $72,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
