Business Development Director - Integrated Cloud Solutions Location Preference: Any Major RSM Market Position Summary: Within the National Sales Organization, the Business Development Director will be responsible for driving growth for the firm's Integrated Cloud (IC) Consulting practice. In order toaddress the most critical needs of our clients, RSM US LLP established theIntegrated CloudConsulting (IC) practice,comprisedof more than300professionals dedicated to serving thecloud and infrastructure platformneeds of our clients. This group includes experienced consultantslocatedthroughout theglobe. We serve a diverse client base within a variety ofindustries andare focused on meeting our clients where they need us most across a variety of domains- helping themrealize their stated outcomesthrough ourcloud advisory,implementationandoperations. The Business Development Director drives revenue by selling RSM's portfolio of offerings for cloud-based infrastructure (IaaS), platforms (PaaS), and software (SaaS) solutions to businesses. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of navigating a prospect through a value-based cloud strategy discussion (cloud advisory, enablement, and operation to steady state) that positions RSM's solutions in the best competitive outcome. This role is responsible for leading all aspects of the sales process, including systematic prospect targeting, development of opportunity-specific sales strategy, and selection of pursuit teams and "quarterbacking" the entire sales process. This individual will build and maintain strong sales pipelines and forecasts associated to substantiated opportunities, prepare and facilitate presentations/proposals as well as close sales and finalize agreements with customers. The Business Development Director will work closely with the firm's Risk Consulting and Integrated Cloud Services line of business leaders in growth efforts through direct prospecting, networking, attendance and participation with various industry and professional groups and networking associations. The individual in this position will have all the necessary resources to be set up for success for this career opportunity that provides a competitive base salary along with a lucrative, uncapped incentive compensation plan.
