What you'll do

As a Sr. Strategy & Operations Sales Program Manager, you will be a highly motivated self-starter responsible for developing and managing cross-functional programs that will be delivered to the field teams. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and business partner to Sales leaders, utilizing your strong analytical skills to drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with Go-To-Market Sales, Sales Strategy, Enablement, Product Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful programs. Your ability to analyze complex data sets and recommend prioritized technology solutions will help address key business challenges. You should be comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to Director-level and above stakeholders. This position combines the creative process of designing prescriptive programs and strategies with the operational execution needed to ensure these programs are effectively implemented and deliver measurable results.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of GTM Sales Programs.

Responsibility

  • Execute enterprise sales strategies

  • Design and implement prescriptive programs and strategies, ensuring effective operationalization

  • Flex between high-level strategy and vision to detailed execution

  • Work seamlessly with sales, sales strategy, business value, corporate and product marketing, enablement, and partner teams

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and GTM leadership to design, launch, and optimize impactful sales programs

  • Analyze program performance and implement improvements to maximize customer engagement and platform utilization

  • Support the development of executive-level presentations

  • Manage and execute cross-functional programs

  • Building, maintain, update, and optimize critical Salesforce.com dashboards for key marketing and sales stakeholders

  • Draw actionable insights from data sets in their most common forms (Excel, Business Objects, Salesforce.com, Tableau)


Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in sales experience

  • 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8+ years and a Master's degree

  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Experience with Google Suite

Preferred

  • Experience designing (or influencing the design) of revenue-producing sales campaigns and/or programs, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies

  • Experience managing tactical or strategic sales training and programs

  • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to deliver results with large-scale, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Work experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, or Sales Operations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated skills to contribute to the development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.

  • Experience working on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles


Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $157,500.00 - $254,350.00 base salary

Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $151,200.00 - $213,600.00 base salary

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $151,200.00 - $222,450.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
