Help members navigate financial challenges with compassion and problemsolving. As a Collections Solutions Specialist, you'll support members in getting back on track! Key Responsibilities * Provide empathetic, solutionfocused service in every interaction * Contact members by phone, written communication, and occasional inperson meetings * Deescalate difficult conversations and resolve issues professionally * Maintain timely, accurate documentation of all member interactions * Partner with internal teams to create and implement compliant member solutions What We're Looking For * Strong communication and listening skills * Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle sensitive conversations * Attention to detail and strong prioritization skills * A memberfocused mindset with a passion for helping others Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma * Two+ years of experience in collections, lending, or a related field Please note***** This is a fully onsite opportunity based in Neenah, Wisconsin. Hours: 8-5pm M-F with 1 Saturday shirt per month 8am-12pm. The tentative start date is 2/23 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, WI.
