We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist for an 11-month hybrid engagement in Beaverton, OR. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency and ensuring seamless coordination across vital business functions, directly contributing to the strategic success of their product lifecycle management. We are seeking a talented individual to join our client's team, where you will be instrumental in shaping the future of their operational efficiency. This role focuses on a special project involving a critical business integration tool. You will be responsible for building out a centralized operational dashboard to serve as the single source of truth for key calendar fields, including dates and gates. Your expertise will empower teams, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless coordination across various operational groups.

Responsibiltlies



  • Assist with a high-impact special project focused on a key business integration tool.
  • Build out a centralized operational dashboard to function as the authoritative source for critical calendar fields (dates and gates).
  • Refine and document complex operational processes, ensuring clarity and efficiency. * Collaborate with various business organizations to understand process integration and optimization opportunities. **What you'll bring:**


Qualifications



  • 3+ years of experience in merchandising operations, marketing operations, or business operations.
  • Expertise in building, inputting, and maintaining data within a key business integration tool or data management platform.
  • Strong understanding of complex product lifecycle management processes within a large enterprise and how they integrate across various business organizations.
  • Proven ability to refine and document operational processes.
  • Experience with line planning, including managing invitations and invite lists for operational events, is a nice-to-have.
  • Previous merchandising experience is a nice-to-have.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment are nice-to-haves.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.40 to $42.67 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
