We're expanding our HR analytics capabilities and need an analyst who can support our reporting needs and help maintain our data infrastructure. This role focuses on executing reporting requests, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy while developing your skills in HR analytics and data management.

What You'll Do
Analytics Platform Development
Support the implementation and configuration of our HR analytics platform under the direction of the HR Analytics Manager Build reports and dashboards in Workday and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar) following established design standards and templates Assist in migrating existing reports to the new platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency Help establish and document data quality standards and validation processes Test platform features and report outputs to identify issues before deployment Create user documentation and training materials for reporting tools
Reporting & Data Management
Respond to ad hoc data requests and inquiries from HR leadership, business partners, and executives with timely, accurate analysis Collect, validate, and maintain HR data across key metrics (headcount, turnover, diversity, performance, engagement, recruiting) Generate regular reports using established templates and processes; identify and resolve data inconsistencies Maintain existing reporting inventory and ensure scheduled reports run successfully Escalate complex data issues and unusual trends to the HR Analytics Manager for guidance Create and maintain documentation for standard reports and data definitions
Stakeholder Partnership
Collaborate with HR functions, HRIS, and IT teams to understand reporting requirements and resolve data issues Present data findings clearly and accurately to HR colleagues and business partners Provide support to HR staff on using standard reports and dashboards Participate in platform training sessions and help answer basic user questions Gather feedback from stakeholders on reporting needs to inform platform development

Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
1-2 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, data analysis, or HRIS reporting Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent Solid understanding of HR data points, metrics, and workforce analytics Strong Excel skills for data validation, analysis, and ad hoc reporting Ability to learn new technical tools quickly

Preferred Qualifications
Workday Reporting experience (Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Advanced Reports) Exposure to Python and/or R for data manipulation and analysis Experience with One Model, Visier, or other HR analytics platforms Basic SQL skills for data extraction and validation Experience supporting system implementations or migrations Understanding of data governance and quality management practices Coursework or training in statistics or data analysis methods Background in HR operations or functional HR knowledge
Education
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $68,251.00-$112,615.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level. Work Environment:
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team, you'll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays. We provide the tools and technology to ensure seamless transitions between work environments, supporting your productivity wherever you are. Please note that work location is subject to change based on business needs.
