As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be working in a highly collaborative Strategic sales team to nurture and expand our Strategic Enterprise customers. As a part of this team, you'll be the business partner for these customers, understanding their initiatives, and aligning them to the valueFrame.iohas to offer.

  • Business partner ofFrame.ioCustomers relationship to create an exceptional experience for customers.
  • Partnering with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to provide excellent post-sales experience to ensure new Enterprise Customers are set up for success
  • Build and grow excellent partnerships withFrame.iocustomers
  • Maintain an active pipeline of renewals and expansions to meet the quota

What you need to succeed

  • 3-5 years of relevant customer-facing experience in a quota carrying role, preferably in a similar industry and/or at a SaaS company
  • Confidence and command in running Enterprise SaaS renewal and sales cycles
  • Experience generating your own pipeline, qualifying, and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Strong negotiation skills as well as an ability to position value
  • Active listening skills and a strong sense of empathy and curiosity both with customers and with theFrame.ioteam
  • Strong written and verbal communication and comfort in presentation settings
  • Ability to prioritize and organize accounts and activities to enhance the impact
  • Experience in collaborative tools, video creation, or media workflow technology is a plus
  • Enthusiasm and drive to grow within a rapidly expanding startup environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $116,700 -- $223,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $154,000 - $223,000
In Washington, the pay range for this position is $139,400 - $201,800

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
